A minimum that has moved, a play-through requirement that has changed, a cashier that has slowed since we last tested. Send what you have seen and the brand gets re-tested. These go ahead of everything else in the queue, and the correction appears on the page with a line explaining what moved.
You want something explained
How the two balances differ, why a brand sits where it does, what a term in a rules page means in practice. Ask and you get a direct answer from somebody who funded the account in question. Nothing you send goes anywhere else.
Your account has a problem
We cannot open, unlock, verify or pay out on any casino account, because none of them belong to us. A stalled redemption or a missing balance can only be moved by the operator support desk, and our entries record how quickly each one answered us.
You represent a brand
Write freely. What is not available at any price is a position in the guide, a look at an entry before publication, or a change afterwards. A commercial arrangement buys a link and nothing further, and it is disclosed wherever it applies.
